Job Description:
G’s Fresh, a leading UK producer and packer of fresh vegetables, is hiring harvest workers for its farm in Cambridgeshire. No experience or English language is required, and all nationalities are welcome. Duties include harvesting vegetables and fruits (such as lettuce, broccoli, and others), packing produce to quality standards, monitoring product condition, sorting, and preparing for transport. This is a full-time, seasonal position (40 hours per week) with possible overtime during peak season. Pay is £18.40 per hour, with free accommodation and one free meal per shift. Training, tools, and support are provided on site. There are opportunities for long-term cooperation or continued work after the season.
