Job Description:
G’s Fresh, a leading UK producer and packer of fresh vegetables, is hiring harvest workers for the seasonal picking and packing of crops such as lettuce, broccoli, and other vegetables in Cambridge. Responsibilities include harvesting vegetables and fruits, packing according to quality standards, sorting, quality control, and preparing produce for transport. No experience or English is required, though agricultural experience is a plus. Applicants must be able to work in a team, follow instructions, and be willing to work outdoors and in shifts. The job is full-time (40 hours/week) with possible overtime during peak season. The hourly wage is £18.40, with monthly earnings between £3260 and £5025 depending on hours. Free accommodation and one meal per shift are provided, along with on-site training and support. Long-term employment or contract extension is possible for good workers.
