Job Description:
FW Mansfields & Sons Farm in Kent is hiring seasonal workers for picking and packing strawberries, cherries, pears, apples, and plums, as well as for fruit tree care and soil maintenance. Candidates must have relevant experience and basic English skills. The pay is £11.10 per hour, with piecework bonuses and overtime available, and wages are paid weekly. Accommodation is provided in mobile homes (4-6 people per unit, 1-2 per room, couples accommodated), with a weekly rent deduction of £40.90 and utilities paid by meter. Facilities include shared kitchens, showers, free laundry, recreation and BBQ areas, and free transport to the supermarket 1-2 times a week. The job is open to men, women, and couples with a valid international passport. Limited spots available.
